Hippocratic Oath --
Classical Version
I swear by Apollo Physician and Asclepius and
Hygieia and Panaceia and all the gods and goddesses, making them my witnesses,
that I will fulfil according to my ability and judgment this oath and this
covenant:
To hold him who has taught me this art as equal to my parents and to live my
life in partnership with him, and if he is in need of money to give him a
share of mine, and to regard his offspring as equal to my brothers in male
lineage and to teach them this art - if they desire to learn it - without fee
and covenant; to give a share of precepts and oral instruction and all the
other learning to my sons and to the sons of him who has instructed me and to
pupils who have signed the covenant and have taken an oath according to the
medical law, but no one else.
I will apply dietetic measures for the benefit of the sick according to my
ability and judgment; I will keep them from harm and injustice.
I will neither give a deadly drug to anybody who asked for it, nor will I make
a suggestion to this effect. Similarly I will not give to a woman an abortive
remedy. In purity and holiness I will guard my life and my art.
I will not use the knife, not even on sufferers from stone, but will withdraw
in favor of such men as are engaged in this work.
Whatever houses I may visit, I will come for the benefit of the sick,
remaining free of all intentional injustice, of all mischief and in particular
of sexual relations with both female and male persons, be they free or slaves.
What I may see or hear in the course of the treatment or even outside of the
treatment in regard to the life of men, which on no account one must spread
abroad, I will keep to myself, holding such things shameful to be spoken
about.
If I fulfil this oath and do not violate it, may it be granted to me to enjoy
life and art, being honored with fame among all men for all time to come; if I
transgress it and swear falsely, may the opposite of all this be my lot.

The ungodly acts of men beget ungodly
consequences. Such is the state of America since the conception of the
sin of abortion and various types of so-called "mercy
killing," these "blood-lust" sins have been
disguised under the wraps
of a perverse legalism that does not have God or His saints moved, amused, or
confused. Only genuine "devils" are confused about right and wrong.
The following are articles that I pray that
will be most enlightening on the life issues we all must face today.
KEVORKIAN AND
THE ART OF
"DEATH"

Edmund Burke wisely said "evil flourishes when good men do nothing."
Are we a country which sees our Countrymen's blood nobly shed on the battlefield to defend liberty, yet also kills our young, old, disabled, mentally-retarded citizens, etc. in the name of "mercy killing?" We must not only win the war on terror abroad, but also the war on terror here, waging on our own soil, and polluting our moral landscape with innocent blood, debauchery, and witchcraft! For abortion ultimately does not save the life of the mother; in the end, it destroys the very institution of motherhood, and there is not a bit of "mercy" or "goodness" in killing an innocent human being!!
Abortion is the ultimate
quackery and malpractice; both the horrible practice of abortion, along with
euthanasia ("the slaughter of the sick") have been viewed by the
majority of Western citizens as inherently wicked and evil, and the worst form
of insult to our civilized society. It is extreme anti-social behaviour,
for it is the
arbitrary advocating of social members killing other social members, and of
course, the weak and innocent go first! It is the practice of allowing
sexual and social psychopaths to set the social mores and agenda for the
majority; it is the antithesis of social
democracy; whereas the decent majority justifiably suppresses the
"blood-lust" of the indecent minority (with such social survival NOT
considering such irrellevant matters as reace and ethnicity when
sorting out the bad and good apples! )
Through the legalization of what the old Testament designated (and what the Christian Church has rightly labeled) "a grave sin," -the shedding of innocent blood stooped to new levels in the media spectre of Jack Kevorkian; a doctor-man reduced to a thing-like creature in the media which has labeled him "Dr Death;" a man who, according to news reports, has been obsessed with "assisted suicide." Some would call his so-called medical practice "the other 'cide."

Recently, PBS exposed the mind of this
"man" by sharing with the world Kevorkian's
"masterpieces." Can you guess his theme? I would NOT want to read the mind of this person, BUT IF I
HAD TO I could guess that he's just "dieing" for us to see his

FORTUNATELY, according to the latest news on this
"man," who people have referred to as "Dr Death"
Kevorkian does not appear to be getting out of prison
anytime soon.

"DETROIT (AP) — An attorney for assisted suicide advocate Jack Kevorkian said his client will keep fighting for his release from prison despite the U.S. Supreme Court’s decision yesterday not to hear his appeal.
The court, without comment, turned back an appeal in which Kevorkian claimed he had an ineffective attorney when he was convicted in Michigan of second-degree murder in the 1998 poisoning of Thomas Youk. Youk had Lou Gehrig’s disease, and Kevorkian called it a mercy killing. The death was videotaped and shown on national television...."
According to the Michigan Daily News, Jack Kevorkian is in very poor health himself these days, "Attorney Mayer Morganroth said the 76-year-old Kevorkian will ask Gov. Jennifer Granholm to commute his sentence and release him on parole. Kevorkian asked Granholm to release him late last year, but she refused because the state parole board recommended against it, Morganroth said.
Morganroth said he was surprised by the Supreme Court’s decision. He said the court had signaled it wanted to address the issue of assisted suicide for terminally ill patients who have unstoppable pain.
“I think it’s sad. That’s all I can say,” Morganroth said.
Morganroth spoke to Kevorkian yesterday and said he also was disappointed.
“Certainly, he was hoping that the Supreme Court would address this issue,” he said.
Morganroth said Kevorkian is in poor health, suffering from heart trouble, hepatitis C, high blood pressure and double hernias. Morganroth asked an Oakland County judge to release Kevorkian in 2003 because of his health problems, but the judge refused..."

I say....I say....you would think maybe...just maybe..... UTILIZING THE LATEST MEDICAL EQUIPMENT, the prison system could rival the determination of Royal Tudor England in it's perseverance in finding some cure for the likes of Jack Kevorkian! No "man" should be denied the nurture of a real doctor in his time of need. For IT is a lame doctor indeed who cannot remedy his patients.
(IN ALL HIS YEARS OF PRACTICE, DID KEVORKIAN EVER EVEN GLANCE AT THE HIPPOCRATIC OATH?)
Obviously, any doctor convicted of murdering patients is not
a true medicine man. SO which kind of doctor is he?
Hopefully, the prison doctors' are getting all fired up
to TREAT Kevorkian.
Who knows, the prison doctors may have to treat him surgically.
Now, it may be a bit OVERDONE, but...... I would think that Kevorkian would WANT to stay in prison, so that he will not miss out on the TREAT of FREE, TAX -PAID MEDICAL CARE . (Just based on his artwork, I doubt Dr. Kevorkian and I are of the same religion! No Way!)
I personally don't think he will ever admit what he has done is wrong; He probably would have to experience "fire from heaven" and hear the audible voice of God before Kevorkian admitted any wrong-doing.
So....be sure and support your local godly prison doctor! (I was referring to those true medical artisans who must now treat Dr. Kevorkian!)
Next possible patient for the prison system...an Iraqi dictator with possibly a terminal case of head lice!
